How do I return an item?

  1. We accept Returns within 14 days purchase with valid Return Authorization #. We will only credit (your account with us) for merchandise within 14 days of shipping date accompanied with the invoice and Return Authorization #. 
  2. If you receive defective items, please e-mail us your order # and item #. Please let us know what is wrong with the item. We will e-mail back with a Return Authorization # (R-A #). Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit memo to your account with us. 
  3. *** VERY IMPORTANT *** - All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging and must not have been worn or in the appearance of being worn. Any items returned out of packaging will not be given any credit.
  4. We will not accept any returns of any kind after 12 days of receiving date of merchandise. We are not responsible for any and all shipping charges that may arise for returning of merchandise back to us for credit.
  5. Please check your fulfilled shipped orders carefully and notify us immediately if there is a mistake, shortage, incorrect items or defective merchandise. We will credit (your account with us) for for any mistakes, shortages, incorrect items shipped, or defective items once these items have been properly returned back to us and/or we have checked and verified your order.  We are not responsible for any return shipping charges that you may incur.
